WTJ-2%20B.jpgInstalled in your pick-up truck bed, this winch operated jib crane will help lift loads. Lift items from ground to truck bed height, then rotate into cargo area. Includes telescopic boom design with manual hydraulic hand pump to pivot boom up and down. Cable usable length for all models is 24', except WTJ-2 (9' model WTJ-2). Unit comes with one fixed hook, one chain slot lock, and one cable hook with latch. The crane swivels on a 360 degree base. Safety yellow, galvanized or stainless steel finish available. Manual cable winch and 12V DC power cable winch styles available.

Q: Does the truck jib come with a charger?

A: The WTJ is intended to be hooked up to a truck battery. If using the jib in some other application other than mounting on a truck, we suggest a 12V car battery that can be purchased at most stores locally. If the jib is hooked up to truck, a charger is not needed. If using in some other application, a charger can be purchased with the battery.

Q: What material is the cable made of?

A: The cable is stainless steel

Q: What type of anchor should be used when installing jib on concrete?

A: Because this is a lifting crane type product, we would recommend J-Anchors be poured into the concreate pad. Because we do not know the current condition, density, age, etc. of the concreate, we cannot recommend a standard anchor bolt.

Q: Can WTJ-4 be mounted to a flatbed rather than a pickup truck?

A: Yes, WTJ-4 can be mounted to a flatbed. The flatbed base plate needs to be made of steel, and must be heavy-duty enough to hold the jib crane plus intended weight.
