Ultra-Spill Pallets & DecksLow Profile Spill Decks are designed to catch spills. Model VLPUT-2448, has a volume capacity of 11 gallons, while model VLPUT-4848 has an 22 gallon volume capacity. Grating is manufactured from chemical resistant polyethylene. Outer yellow sump is constructed of heavy-duty, 18.5 oz. PVC material-folds/rolls down easily for convenient storage. Removable decking standard. Quick and easy to assemble.

A: ) Expected lifespan is at least ten (10) years. You can expect longer, but the actual life is dependent on several factors. These pallets use the highest rated UV package in the resin formulation it uses to create the longest outdoor life available for a PE product. These pallets are designed for secondary spill containment for four 55-gal drums or smaller containers. They hold a total of 66-gal should one of the containers on the pallet were to fail and have either a leak or spill. Deterioration will depend on the application and what chemicals may come into contact with the LLDPE that is used to mold this pallet.
